Update: It looks like 100webspace pulled through and moved us to a server that actually has working scripts. however comic.bluecrimson.com is still down, and my stay that way. it was really for an april fools and nothing else anyway. Our site may be down soon, since I couldn't pay the hosting bill. And when I mean can't, I mean their renew service link is down. In theory it should revert back to the free system, but I don't want ad's on our site. Especially since half the time they have some malicious script embedded in them.
Usually, What I would do is open a support ticket, they would give me a link, and I'd pay through that, but not this time. Considering that their renew system has been down pretty much 3 months after we started bluecrimson.com, I'm not holding my breath that it's going to be fixed. Maybe this will light a fire somewhere to either move us to a different server that they run like I requested last year, or we move to a completely different host, which most likely means a completely different site.
I'm almost considering staying on this host, but getting this account dropped and restart on another account since their no banners hosting actually offers more than the basic package does now and is 1/3rd the price. of course we would lose webspace and bandwidth but considering that we only burned 15% of our bandwidth cap for this entire year, I think we would be fine if it cut in half.
Sent this to allhyper.com's ticket system. let's see what happens.

Since my personal web hosting account is due to renew, and the renew and upgrade buttons are still broken on allhyper.com and have been so for no less than three years now, I've had enough. Either the 2 below requests get honored or I go looking for another web host.
1) I want off of allhyper.com and put on one of the newer servers. I don't care how it's done. I don't care if you can't support it. Hell, I don't care if it involves deleting this account and all the files on it and I re-register on 100webspace.com. This server is trash. It's old, it's features are outdated and do not work, and it randomly goes down at the worst possible times.
2) I wan't the personal plan as detailed on http://www.100webspace.com/web-hosting/personal-plan.html. We currently are being charged for the plan that was offered years ago. There's no Elefante here, I only have 1 database vs 5 (and at 30MB instead of 50MB), and the only reason I have 5 FTP's is because the renew plan button was broken and someone added them. Again, I don't care if I have to delete this account to get it, but if I'm going to pay for service, I don't feel like paying 35.40 for the same level of service that the free and bannerless users are paying for.
We should be up and running on the new server now. It's the same host (100webspace.com), but it's on one of their new better supported servers. Hopefully this one is a lot better than the old one. From what I'm seeing on my side it's a big improvement and 100webspace did pull through even though it took a manual server move.
bummer, would have offered you guys hosting space on my site, I have tons of room, unlimited bandwidth, etc. Good to see you guys are still going though!
